The Journey

Many think I was born with a silver spoon and had a privileged life. Some of you may think I was raised in a spiritual environment or grew up in Tibet or India like many other enlightened beings but I was not at least not in this current incarnation.
Many people can’t understand why I am so positive and how did I become so spiritual or enlightened. 
 
I have written much about my life in my book, Dare to Imagine but not everything.
 
I was not born with silver spoons but with chop sticks instead. When I did use a silver spoon, it was tarnished. I was not raised by any enlightened beings nor did I  live in any holy or sacred place in the Far East. I was raised by ordinary parents in the heart of San Francisco and grew up in Chinatown.
 
I was born into an environment that was negative, chaotic and toxic. I didn’t have any role models but was surrounded by dysfunctional people both young and old.
 
I was subjected to much discrimination even by more own people. As a result, I grew up negative, depressed and dysfunctional. I could not see a future other than a bleak one. I had an extremely low self-esteem and was a sickly child. I suffered frequent bouts of asthma, illnesses and had severe migraine headaches.
 
I had many other obstacles in my life including a learning disability; I was somewhat dyslexic and had an auditory processing problems. I had a speech and linguistic problem as well as perceptual deficits. The result was that school became extremely difficult and a painful process that I felt like torture.
 
Eventually, God sent me an angel, my grandmother. She gave me hope and faith in humanity due to her compassionate and loving nature. Later church was a big support and I later had a girlfriend. However, my grandmother was later taken away from me due to a heart attack. That devastated me for years. Eventually my long distance relationship with my girlfriend proved too impossible to sustain and my girlfriend and I drifted apart and I lost all support.
 
Life was real unkind to me or that was what I thought initially. I was eventually filled with much anger and sorrow and had a very bad melt down that could have costed my life. Through the blessing of God, my mom and sister came to my rescue.
 
Despite the odds against with both my given nature and nurture in my life, their love for me gave me hope and the courage to rise above all my shortcomings. I decided to work really hard and to prove to others like me that we could make it if we tried hard. That journey was tough and painful but I was able to successfully make it through college and achieve a successful career.
After achieving  a high degree of success in my career and school, I soon realize that there was more to life than that and began to embark on my spiritual journey to find meaning and purpose in life.
 
I wanted to achieve true happiness, peace and real success in life. I worked hard and learn to utilize every tool in the planet to get there. I began on a relentless search for the Truth and God. The Universe began bringing all types of spiritual masters into my life to help launch me in my spiritual evolution. I began writing in 2013 and began channeling Divine teachings from the Universe. Divine teachings downloaded intensely in my sleep and awake state until I wrote all I was guided to write. Many time I had to keep a recorder near by to record the knowledge being shared so I wouldn’t forget what was being downloaded. The teachings are in my first book, Dare to Imagine in the form of 18 principles.  One to two years later, the Universe began downloading new information to share and teach others on the path of enlightenment and God realization. 9 additional principles were introduced to help my readers further reach God in the most intimate way.
 
I wanted to prove that anyone regardless of religion, spirituality and faith can achieve a high degree of consciousness and spirituality and live an extraordinary life filled with love, miracles and magic and was able to do that. 
I wanted to show the world that one doesn’t have to live in the Himalayas, cave or ashram or temple to achieve a level degree of spiritual mastery and  show that mystics can even emerge from the hustle and bustle of even a big city like San Francisco. 
I also wanted to experience God directly in the most intimate way as possible and I succeeded in doing that as well through the help of various spiritual masters, gurus ( including Amma, the hugging Saint) and  various Ascended Masters.
My secrets are all shared in my books to empower others to find the greatness within. My pain, suffering and journey was all part of a Divine plan to help those who share the same plight or who are suffering. I now live in love to serve and empower wherever God takes me. It has been a long journey but it has been well worth it and the journey is ongoing and my consciousness is ever evolving. May my story inspire you to begin your own search for the greatness within. 
Despite all my successes in life and spiritual mastery, my purpose is not to celebrate it but to help others like you to experience your own success and mastery through learning from my mistakes and victories. My goal now is to help you find the Divinity within you and all of Creation and to ultimately be one with God, Mother Earth and all of Creation Great and Small.
 
My books go in depth to how I made my incredible transformation which has changed my life forever in the most extraordinary way.
 
Always remember that you are not alone and that you are a Divine Being waiting to be awakened and realized. God loves you the way you are and the Universe is waiting to support you in your metamorphosis and transformation into a God realized and Christ Conscious Being of Light and Love.

The Power of Words

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1. That word was “I AM” which is the most powerful word in the Universe. Through God’s breath, love and consciousness and word ( I AM, AUM), all of reality and creation was conceived.  What we say after the sacred word of I AM will either bring us closer to our divine nature and God or away from it.  Generally speaking, if we say positive words after I AM like I AM happy, I AM positive, I AM peaceful, we activate more Divine Light within ourselves and those around us. Conversely, if we say words like I AM stupid, I AM dumb, I AM rude, then we begin to obscure the light within while activating the energy of a dysfunctional ego which keeps us that much further away from our true nature.

What we say to others also has an effect on us. If we say words that are judgmental, hurtful or negative towards others, it is like saying I AM judgmental, hurtful or negative. Many people like to joke and poke fun at people for their own amusement and not even realize the implications of their words. Some people like to joke about how others look. They may joke about how someone is fat, short, or tall. I even recently heard some people repeatedly joke about how a man’s breast was big and that he needed a bra. Although the man went along with it, he was somewhat embarrassed and started to feel self-conscious about it. The negative words these people said essentially translates to I AM insecure with myself, I AM judgmental, I AM not concern with the feeling of others, I AM a bully,  I AM unkind, etc. Each time we joke in such a way or speak in a negative nature, we distance ourself that much further from our true nature and God. In order to evolve spiritually, we must speak in a way that edifies, motivates, and inspire. When we speak in ways that uplifts others, we uplift ourselves. When we speak in ways that degrade others for our own amusement  then we degrade and downgrade ourselves as well. Hence, it is very important that we are aware of the words that come out of our mouths.

Let us choose our words wisely to bring out the best in others for it will bring out the best in ourselves.  It is better not to speak at all if we have nothing good to say. May we speak with compassionate and loving heart always so that we may manifest our true and divine nature.

Financial Planning with a Spiritual Twist

Many people live for the moment and don’t even think about their future with regards to their savings, financial planning, and retirement. The same is true with spirituality.

Our ego perpetuated and manufactured reality conditions us to live in the moment, consume and to purchase our way to an artificial happiness. Such a life style has led many to living a life that is from check to check. With a few things that go awry here and there, it  doesn’t take much to push people to the point of poverty and become homeless. Even those who are wealthy can easily reach this point especially when they spend more than have. MC Hammer is an example of someone who was once on top of the world but later became bankrupt. It can happen to anyone of us. Hence, it is important that we save for those rainy days.

It is never to young or too old to save. Although most people’s first route of saving money is in the bank, it is probably the least effective way to make it grow due to low interest rates and the checking fees. However, we all have to start somewhere. Once we have accumulated a decent amount like one to ten thousand or more, it may be a good idea to consult with a financial planner or adviser. Always interview your financial planner thoroughly and make sure he or she has a proven track records with other clients. Just because you go into a brand name financial investment firm doesn’t guarantee that your money is being managed well. It is important that your financial planner is great at communicating any changes that need to be made with your investments due to poor performance of your stocks or mutual funds. If your money just sits in a firm with no communication at all despite the fluctuating money markets or your money is not growing then you might want to find another firm. If you find a good financial planner, your money could grow exponentially and even double or triple over time with proper planning and adjustments every year.

Money can only grow if we invest it in mutual funds, stocks or bonds ( this being the least yield but the most secure or conservative). A good financial planner can advise on which mix is best. Depending on your age, your adviser may recommend a conservative, moderate or high risk investment. Generally the higher the risk the greater the yield. A diversified investment plan is most likely the safest. The old saying that one should never put all eggs in one basket is a good advise with financial investment as well.

It must be noted that many mutual funds have transactions fees which ultimately chip away at the growth of your money. Most financial advisors won’t tell you this unless you ask. There are funds out there with low transaction fees.

Many people have a 401K retirement program at their work and this is probably the best place to start your financial growth and investment since many companies match a percentage of what the employee invest. Those who are self-employed can start a solo-401 K investment or other investment program with companies like John Hancock or Ascensus Trust but consulting with a financial planner will help one set one up.

Investment is meant for long term so one must not touch those savings until retirement age. With financial awareness and proper investment and planning, we can create a very comfortable retirement.

What about those credit cards? They seem so user friendly and innocent with their low introductory rates to lure us in. Before long, the rates increase to 20% or more. Many of us pay the minimum and become a prisoner of our growing rates that keeps us from paying it off. Best advice is not to use it or pay it off completely less you become a prisoner to credit card debt.

With regards to spirituality, most people are in spiritual poverty. Most people don’t have a clue of what spirituality is really all about. Many follow so called gurus, spiritual teachers or masters blindly. Many devotees worship these teachers as a God and become dependent on them without really growing spiritually and truly evolving as they were meant to. Millions of others become devout church goers using the church as sort of a spiritual gas station and refilling once a week the emptiness they may feel. This is good for church business but bad for spiritual growth. It is worse with performance than investing with bonds.

True spirituality is about discovering our true nature, finding that Divine Light and Love within us and all of God’s Creation and becoming one with God and his Divine Love and Consciousness which permeates all of reality.

We reap what we sow. If we invest in our self-discovery, cultivation and spirituality, the spiritual yield can be enormous and bring us eternal freedom or consciousness.

There is nothing wrong with being a devotee or church goer. I have met many great individuals who follow a guru, master or saint and are very spiritual. I have also met many people who are extremely spiritual and are church goers. I have even recommended people to attend a church to give them the initial support they need.

On the other hand, I have been to churches, temples, halls and have seen and felt so much ego and testosterone all around by the various leaders  in the group due to their elevated position in the group. Many times these people think they are better than others and are self-righteous people. They forget that this way of thinking is straight from the ego and will stunt their spiritual growth. Hence, it is not the church, temple, shrine that makes us spiritual, it is beyond that and is more personal. In order for us to grow and prosper spiritually, we must have a devotional practice which include daily prayer, meditation, and reading or studying spiritual materials that would lead us to our true nature.  Although all of us are busy, consistency with our spirituality and devotion is extremely important. Part of being spiritual is becoming more conscious and awaken of our true nature and that of all others and all of Creation. We must live out of love, compassion and forgiveness. We must practice random acts of kindness and allow love to guide our every thought, action an deeds. We must never stop our quest to finding our true self  and ultimately finding God and then having communion with him or her.

The more time we spend with our spirituality, cultivation and growth, the more we are investing in our soul’s growth and eventual freedom and liberation where we transcend the laws of karma. We must invest our time and energy wisely to grow just like how we invest our money with our investments. If we don’t, we will continue to be in spiritual poverty and be bounded by the laws of karma and will return back into another incarnation with a clean slate consciousness until we awaken again.

We are bounded by negative karma when we think, act, say and do negative things to ourselves as well as others.  We are bounded by it when we are slaves to our ego or live an ego perpetuated life. We may go to church, have a high exacted title or memorize all versus of the Bible or Bhagavad Gita but until we give up our negative thoughts and behaviors, we are unable to evolve spiritually and are are chained to the karmic energy we have created.

The more we live by love, acceptance, gratitude and non-judgement, the more we are able to grow spiritually. If we learn to trust and surrender to God, the Universe and our I AM Presence completely, the spiritual dividends and interest can have extremely high yield. Such a surrender will turn us into a spiritual billionaire where the gift we receive is eternal life as an Enlightened Being of Love, Light and Divine Consciousness. This state is where we can enjoy our next adventure in the next heavenly realm or we can even still help those on the earthly plane after our physical body is returned to Mother Earth but still exist with full consciousness. Those who are advanced enough may even transcend physical death and merge with their Rainbow Body and Light and become spontaneous light through Tibetan Buddhist practice; meanwhile, others can achieve other methods of ascension as well but all require spiritual investments of love, time, commitment, gratitude, devotion, meditation, prayer, kindness, and the relentless search for God and our true nature. When that happens we begin to lose attachment for the worldly pleasures and become more interested in the communion and unity with God, all of humanity and all of Creation.

Wishing you success with your financial investments as well as your spiritual investments. May both mature and give high yields of abundance of love, happiness and joy. There is nothing wrong with money and growth. It is especially helpful when we are financially strong enough to help those in need. May we use our money, time and spiritual skills to help one another find the beauty and spark of light within ourselves, others and all of Creation.

Longevity-the ultimate edition

Since the beginning of civilization, there has been a relentless quest  for the fountain of youth or an insatiable  search for finding methods to prolong our lives. During biblical times, it has been reported that some have lived to  be anywhere from several hundred  to 969 years old to 1000 years old.

Susan Shumsky, author of Ascension, wrote about a Chinese man- Master Li Qing Yun-who lived to be at least 250 years of age in her book. Master Yun learned about the ancient art of longevity one day after he met a 500 year old Taoist. When asked what was his secret, the master replied that he did an ancient exercise called Ba-Kua ( eight trigrams). I am familiar with this method since my former Gung Fu master, Sifu Y. C. Wong, practiced this everyday in his studio. After so many years, he still looks the same and still full of vitality as I see him walk the streets of Chinatown.  Perhaps there is some truth to it.

Creating World Peace

Is is truly possible to create world peace in an ego driven materialistic civilization? With all the news we hear on the web, radio and t.v., we are led to think and believe the world is headed towards dooms day or chaos.  The problem is that much or what we hear and see are filtered information. We are given information that is packaged in a way that promotes propaganda, headlines or financial gains from stories that sell; generally they are stories that provokes anger, fear or anxiety. Hence, much of the news is carefully edited and sculpted in a way that creates sensationalization because it sells. Such is the by-product of an ego perpetuated civilization. If this were all there was, then life would be quite bleak and hopeless. However, many good things are happening around the world that escapes the radar and attention of the media and networks.

I have traveled around the world and have seen the good, the bad, the ugly, the beautiful and the Divine. Despite what manufactured news we hear that result in our civilization in being more divisive, negative and egocentric, many good things are happening all around the world and many beautiful and kind people and groups do exist.  I have been very fortunate and blessed to have met some of the most beautiful and Divine people on the planet from all walks of life from all around the world  from the sacred and mystical Mt. Shasta, to the Ashram of Amma, the famous and Divine Hugging Saint,  and to the sacred Fuji Sanctuary. I have met mystics, spiritual masters, gurus, swamis, healers, Catholic Priests, a Monsignor, Christian Pastors and spiritual teachers who are helping to pave a way for greater peace and harmony in our planet in their own unique way.  Many religious groups are helping to provide food, clothing and shelter for the poor and oppressed in the world. Amma has built hospitals, schools,and housing for the poor. The Sikhs welcome all to come to their temple for a free meal and some temples offer people a place to stay and rest. These are just the few of the good things that are happening around the world.

Despite all the amazing and incredible groups out there, one group stood out for me the most in terms of sharing my vision for world peace. Each year a group convenes at the foothill of Mt. Fuji at the sacred Fuji Sanctuary in May 13th, 2017. This group is comprised of dignitaries and spiritual leaders from around the world. They are invited by Masami Saionji to attend this global prayer event called S.O.P.P.  ( Symphony of Peace Prayers). While this event is taking place in Japan, simultaneously, groups convene globally to pray for peace for each and every country. Each spiritual leader or individual who is invited to this event  is given the opportunity to say a prayer from their own religion or practice. The group then repeats that prayer; thereafter, the group all pray for peace to each country and finally a prayer for peace on Earth is said.  It is a very beautiful event especially at the Fuji Sanctuary. I have been fortunate to be joining the S.O.P.P. event in the Bay Area for my four year in a row. It is a very beautiful spiritual event that promotes unity, respect and global peace. I pray for the world daily but attending the S.O.P.P. event allows me to be a part of that global prayer event that generates an incredible amount of positive prayer energy to help bring greater peace and balance in the world. It is scientifically proven that prayers can make an impact on someone even thousands of miles away. I have helped many people through the power of prayer and I know that it works; however, when people are gathered together at sacred places like the Fuji Sanctuary and elsewhere, amazing and powerful transformation  takes place.

The Saionji family have orchestrated such a well-thought out plan to help foster our planet in achieving greater peace, harmony and unity. Not only do they work at a global level, they also work on it on a personal level by teaching members about how to pray, meditate and connect with the Universe or Source. The work that they do helps the individual realize the Divinity that exist within themselves and all of reality.

The family is also involved with the Peace Pole project where a Peace Pole is placed throughout the world in sacred places from Giza of Egypt to the Mystical town of Mount Shasta. What are written on the the Poles are the words May Peace Prayer on Earth in various languages.

Masami Saionji is a Divine woman of greatness who is the direct descendant of the Ryukku Royal Family of Okinawa. Despite her royal lineage and academic achievements, she is quite humble and full of love, light and  compassion. She is a noble, ambitious and visionary woman that has all the attributes to help our planet to succeed in achieving greater peace and harmony. She is spiritual, intelligent, resourceful and very diplomatic. I have not had the pleasure to meet her yet but hopefully, one Divine day. I, however, was fortunate to meet her three beautiful daughters during my last trip to Japan. They have true beauty which radiates from within their beautiful and  Divine Souls on outwards. They share their mother’s vision for world peace and each bring their unique skills, knowledge and expertise to impact our planet in a positive and beneficial way. Together this family is working hard on innovative ways to make a tangible impact on our planet in helping it become a much more enlightened civilization.

I pray that the Universe will allow me to continue to work with this group in bringing people together from all walks of life. My vision and dream is to be a bridge in bringing together mystics, spiritual teachers, spiritual masters, and religious leaders to work on world peace.  My vision is that spiritual people from sacred sites and mountains can all be a part of the prayer event. Prayers from special and sacred places can be even more powerful.

Remember, spirituality is not about living in isolation in your own spiritual world but it is about being a part of the collective consciousness and energy of change. We are all part of each other and exist as one Divine Family, one Divine Mind and one Divine Consciousness.

The Rainbow Body Phenomenon

The Rainbow Body Phenomenon is something that has spark much interest with many New Agers, spiritual teachers, mystics and those who are spiritually inclined (especially in the past decade). Although it is an extremely fascinating phenomenon, it is certainly not new and has been around for thousands of years.

What exactly is a Rainbow Body is somewhat hard to explain but I will attempt to share my understanding of it in an easy to understand way for the purpose of the blog but it is actually much more complex than that.

It is an individualized God Presence within us and all of Creation. Some call it the I AM Presence or Divine Spark of Light. It is anchored within our hearts. When we die, our life force, consciousness and energy draws up towards our Rainbow Body as it proceeds to move towards the Universe and bring us to the next level of reality.

Most of us are bounded by the laws of Karma and our souls are usually reintroduced into our planet in our next incarnation by default. That cycle repeats over and over again until we achieve mastery on how to transcend this karmic wheel.

Many people have achieved great mastery on transcending the karmic cycle and become liberated and free to exist in a higher level of consciousness and reality. Examples of this include Paramhansa Yogananda, Sri Yukteswar, Sathya Sai Baba, etc. These Masters have achieved what we call ascension.

Most of these Divine Gurus and Saint usually die in a relatively normal way. However, Yogananda’s death was somewhat extraordinary according to the coroner. When he died the coroner noticed that Yogananda’s body was well-preserved and seem to resist the normal decay process for at least 30 days. Things like this happens with highly evolved Divine Beings or Avatars.

When it comes to the Rainbow Body phenomenon, very specific things happen. For instance, these spiritual masters usually know when they will be departing from this world and will go into seclusion as they prepare for this incredible phenomenon. They will meditate and work on clearing all issues in their lives, tying up loose ends and filling their entire being with love. Eventually many of them will go into a state that appears that they are dead. Many will begin to  shrink in size in the next several weeks. One Lama shrank from 5’9″ to a mere 8 inch once the process was complete. This was the case with Dzogchen Lama Karma Rinpoche when he passed away on the 11th of November, 2013. His picture is featured above. He attained what they call Small Rainbow Body or Jalu Phowa Chung. Two weeks after he passed away, his body shrank 80% It must be pointed out that it is not normal for bones to shrink in this fashion. Sometimes all that is left is just the nails and a pile of dust. Other times, the person is able to able ascend instantly into a flash of light and the body is gone as the soul merges with the Rainbow Body. A catholic priest was once invited to witness a Lama going through Rainbow Body. Father Francis Tiso was the first westerner to witness rainbows coming out of the place where the Lama was attaining Rainbow Body. He also heard angelic voices and smelled a pleasant fragrance from the place where the Rainbow Body was occuring. If that wasn’t amazing enough, many leave behind some type of proof that they have reached this ascended state of consciousness. The famous, legendary and founding father of the Nyingma Buddhist Sect, Padmasambava, left a footprint through solid rock in a cave as well as many others who achieved this ascended state. Padmasambava also manifested carvings on the wall of a cave with his mind. He was responsible for bringing Buddhism from India to Tibet and merging it with the Tibetan religion-Bon. The result of that led to the Tibetan Buddhist religion they have today.

Many people have achieved Rainbow Body in the world-160,000 to be exact; 100,000 in China and 60,000 in Tibet according to David Wilcox. People are still achieving this Rainbow Rainbow even til this day. My friend, Ganga Nath ( who is an internationally recognized spiritual teacher) recently posted about his Tibetan Lama’ s teacher’s teacher and how he had recenty attained Rainbow Body.

Many other enlightened beings have achieved this phenomenon as well including Jesus, some Catholic Saints, some Zen Masters, the Sikh’s first Guru, Guru Nanak, etc. All of the Ascended Masters have attained that state or something similar to that where they have transcended the laws of karma and reached an ascended state of consciousness and immortality. Although people from around the world have achieved the Rainbow Body state,  the Tibetans have perfected the mastery of attaining it. It takes years of spiritual mastery to achieve that state. The type of meditation these Tibetans do is called Dzogchen.

The Rainbow Body is a powerful example of what can be achieve through love, proper meditation, devotion and spiritual practice.

Although achieving the Rainbow Body is one form of ascension, there are other ways of attaining it as well. Different religions and mystics have taught different paths to reach that same path of enlightenment, self-realization and liberation.

It may be daunting to the average Joe to even conceive of attaining ascension but I truly believe that we can all achieve it during our life time in our own context through the tools I have shared in my books ( Dare to Imagine and Beyond Imagination). These books were Divinely inspired and were meant to guide one towards the path of God realization, enlightenment and liberation. The third book of my trilogy series ( not yet released) will go into depth of my Divinely inspired meditation system-U.U.M.M. meditation system). This system was designed to help a person establish that oneness with God, the Universe, humanity and all of Creation. My books, blogs, teachings  and meditation practices are a path and ways of a Yogi, although not in a strict Hindu sense. According to one of Yogananda’s great disciples, Swami Kriyananda, all path that lead towards union and oneness with God is a path of a Yogi. ” Spiritual seekers in any religion , if they pray and meditate sincerely, may rightly be termed yogis.”( The Essence of the Bhaghavad Gita explained by Paramhansa Yogananda). “When Krishna told Arjuna to be a yogi, he didn’t mean necessary to be a Hindu yogi. All those in every religion who sincerely seek God walk the same path.”

The goal of my path is for oneness with God, Mother Earth, Humanity and all of Creation. Being one with God is the ultimate method of transformation and liberation. May you be inspired to begin your journey towards achieving your own spiritual mastery and journey towards liberation.

Psychics and Intuitives

Some people have a misconception that psychics are evil or bad; many think these individuals are connected to the dark forces. Hence, many have chosen to call themselves Intuitives to gain more acceptance.

Others view psychics as some type of  Divine medium with the definitive view of the future.

I have met many psychics throughout my life and even know one of the best psychics in the world who has been consulted by presidential figures, politicians and many celebrities.

When I was young, a famous psychic came to the City to give a talk but when he was done with his speech, he came to the crowd and offered free readings. I was curious and poked my head through the crowd. The psychic looked at me and said that I would live a long life and I would be very conscious about  taking care of myself and will take all sorts of vitamins and further stated that I one day I would  develop something very special for many people. At the time,  I dismissed what he said as a joke since I was just a youngster and was a junk food junky and had no interest in health whatsoever. However, his predictions proved to be true decades later as I emerged from my spiritual and nutritional awakening and became much more aware of true health and well-being. Also, through the blessings and guidance of the Universe,  a new meditation system was born- U.U.MM.( United Universal Meditation Method ). This is a powerful system that can heal, transform and establish that oneness and communion with the Universe and Cosmos.

I have met many psychics including various internationally recognized ones as well. It can be quite amazing and insightful on what information or vision a good psychic can share. Many are very accurate and spot on. However, I have met some who are way off even though they are so-called internationally recognized Intuitive with thousands of followers and authors of multiple books.

Psychics are not better or worse than an average person. They are gifted people who have a special ability. Many are spiritual and Divine but some are not.

The bottom line is that there good ones and bad ones out there as well as frauds.  Use your discernment and discretion when consulting and choosing one.

When consulting one, keep an open mind and realize that the future is ever-changing. The choices we make moment by moment can affect our future.

Also, beware of psychics who tell you that you were a famous person. The chance of that is probably slim. The problem is some  people I have met have heard from a psychic that they were a certain famous person and soon it gets into their head and ego. Soon they are more concerned about an incarnation that they may or may not have been. A faulty reading can lead one to a lost path and lead to the path of the ego and will do much more harm in the true path of spirituality.

Having a psychic ability is a gift. Anyone can have it from a priest, spiritual leader, a house wife or a professional psychic or intuitive. Some are connected to the Source but some are connected to dark forces or lower level Gods ( those entities who are God or Ascended Master wannabes). Many tap onto the cosmic highway. So much discretion must be used in consulting one. The psychic’s emotional state, maturity and ego affect the purity of accuracy with the reading.

Consulting a psychic is like checking one’s Google map GPS for guidance for directions. If you scroll forward on the screen, you can see the traffic patterns and know what you will be dealing with so you can make a choice to take an alternate route to avoid delay. It is a sneak preview of all the road patterns ahead of you in the virtual future although it can be quite accurate with the live updates that is not always present in many basic GPS. Although consulting with a good psychic can be insightful and helpful in the beginning, it is not a path that our Creator or God had intended for us to rely on for our every decision.

The true spiritual path is about empowerment and God realization.That path leads us to finding the great truths within ourselves and tapping into our own GPS ( God’s Presence, from the Source). This is also called the I AM Presence, Divine Spark of Light or Higher Self. The path to that is to live a life of harmony that is full of love, light of God, compassion, forgiveness, service, etc. It also requires a depth of meditation, prayer and devotion. Today I went to get some cappuccino and spinach wrap at Star Bucks and when it was time for me to pay, the clerk told me the girl by the pick up area had paid for my drink already. I was quite amused and touched by her kind gesture. Instead of just enjoying the moment, I paid for the next person in line and then proceeded to meet this kind person to express my gratitude. She was truly an amazing and incredible person of greatness.

I have always talked about doing random acts of kindness and even posted about it recently. I have paid for a stranger at Star bucks or at a pay toll. I have given to the needy and prayed for those in need. I do random acts of kindness all the time but never expect anything in return. The random acts of kindness are an expression of Divine Love.

So many people do things for recognition or some alterior motive like most corporate companies. Never do it for any gain but to give it as a gift.

I have been constantly blessed by the Universe because of my positive thoughts, actions, prayers, emotions and writings.

Last January I put out my Christmas tree for pickup and much of the pine needles were scattered all over my front step all the way to the driveway. It was a mess but due to my hectic schedule with families, my mom, Lola and work, I didn’t get the chance to clean it up. Eventually I found some time to clean up the mess but was flabbergasted to find that all the mess was completely gone and no one in my family had done that. I just want to thank that beautiful soul for your random act of kindness. I wish that beautiful soul infinite love and blessings!

Others including strangers have given me sacred holy books, spiritual decor and even miraculous crystals.

Last week, we were so blessed to have the one and only Ganga Nath and his Divine Wife ( Tara Leela) visit Lola to provide healing prayers and mantra.

When we allow God’s Love, Light and Compassion guide all our actions, thoughts and deeds, the Universe will always bless us with the positive energies we have co-created in so many beautiful ways.

Do good actions not to avoid bad karma but do it to express the nobility and divinity within you.

Do random acts of kindness and learn to become one with God’s Love and transcend the laws of karma and be set free to be a beautiful radiant light and ray of God.

Women are Earth’s greatest asset

I have my deepest respect for woman. My best friend from college was a young woman from Indonesia. My best friend, lover, soul mate and wife is a woman. My grandmother was the most influential person in my life when I was a child.

Many of my spiritual teachers were woman. My Divine Mother on this planet is Amma, the famous hugging saint. Some of the Ascended Masters ( Mother Mary and Kwan Yin ) I am connected with are women.

It is the Divine Feminine Energy in woman, our planet and God that can save our planet.

I met with three lovely regal women who are direct descendants of one of the royal families of Japan. They are so full of love, compassion and wisdom. They have a beautiful vision of how to activate this Divine Energy and help bring about greater world peace and harmony. They are very determined and will be able to realize all this through the help of their Divine Mother, Sensei Masami Saionji, a well-known spiritual leader and Divine Woman of Greatness.

Woman can do anything a man can do and probably better if they wanted. I once met a female fighter pilot and was blown away by all she could do.

It is the love of a woman who can transform, heal and help a fallen soul.

It is the love of a woman who can make a man to dare and imagine and dream the impossible dream.

It is through the intimacy and love of a woman that a man can experience bliss, happiness and joy.

It is through the abstinence of that intimacy and love that wars can be halted.

It is from the womb of a woman that I and the rest of humanity were born.

It is the love and compassion of a woman that gives hope to our future.

Embrace the woman in your life and tell them how special and sacred they are.

I thank God for his greatest creation on Earth-woman and her amazing and Divine Feminine Energy.

May all of us men learn from woman how to embrace and activate that Divine Feminine Energy within us so we can co-create a better tomorrow starting today.

Prayers, Love and Miracles

Dear friends,

I apologize for being gone for a while but I had a family emergency to deal with.  This next blog summarizes what I have done. I will be blogging intermittently depending on what is going on with my mother-in-law’s, Lola, health.

It has been two weeks since Lola had a stroke but to me it seems more like months since we have spent most of our time at the hospital. In fact, the hospital is like our second home. We have been with Lola since day one and have stayed with her daily to offer her love, support and healing. Each one of us bring in our unique and special skill and talent to aid in the healing process.

Some of us have even taken a medical leave to help Lola through this difficult and challenging time.
 
It is through our difficult times, we come to realize those that really matter to us and those that really care. I was sad to see the tears that were shed when some people she wanted to see were not able to commit to visiting her at her darkest moments. It broke my heart seeing that. Conversely, it was so refreshing and so touching to see her so overjoyed and happy with the arrival and visit of Bella and so many other beloved family members who came from Guam, Philippines and Canada. She really does appreciate all these visits and support. It was great to connect with a distant friend who is now abroad in the Philippines. She is now a minister and offered to visit Lola when she would come back to the Bay Area. I was deeply touched by her display of love and concern despite her not even knowing Lola that well.
 
May we always put family first especially in a state of emergency because we never know what twist and turns lie ahead. Life is so fragile and transient. When our time is up or when we give up, we leave.
Also, the elderly  need us especially since they are prone to depression and that can affect the healing process.
 
After Lola had this major stroke, her life was devastated drastically. Her surgery was somewhat precarious due to her weak heart. As I tuned into her and merged my consciousness with hers in the inner realm, I saw that she was quite sad and was ready to leave this world. Despite our differences, I told her that we all loved her despite everything that may have happened in the past. After that metaphysical connection, I could see and feel her soul changing directions and leaning towards not wanting to leave. The rest was history where we all flooded her with lots of love and support around the clock at her critical time of need. Because of all this, her attitude and demeanor has changed dramatically. Her soul was healed and she morphed into a person of gratitude and she now appreciates everyone that helps her and has learned to complement people. Her awareness of herself and others has expanded quite amazingly.
 
The last time I did this was when my aunt fell down and hit her head. She instantly went into a coma. Despite the communication in the inner realm, she had made a decision to leave because she knew was going to be a burden if she stayed. Later that day, she died.
 
Many times it our love that keeps our loved ones with us. Sometimes it is their love for us to move on for our own growth. Other times our loved ones leave because they have completed their mission or learned the lesson they needed to learn. Each way has its purpose.
 
Sometimes we just have to surrender to the natural process to allow our loved ones to soar to higher heights of consciousness in the heavenly kingdom as they are elevated by our love for them. Sometimes when we love someone, we have to set them free despite the void and pain we may feel.
 
It has been an extremely exhaustive rehabilitative process but it has also been quite rewarding.
 
Many of you have been following Lola’s recovery and journey each week and have been committed to giving us your ongoing prayers, love and support.
 
Some of you may have noticed the correlation between your prayer and Lola’s progress which has been nothing less than a miracle. Without further adieu, I would like to give you an update on her progress.
 
Lola continues to make amazing and extraordinary progress in such a short time. The last time I posted, I asked you all to pray for her ability to improve in bed mobility, functional transfers, ability to move her arm and leg better and the ability to eat.
 
I am so happy to say she took a modified barium swallow test this week and passed it. She can now begin to eat and drink orally. She has started to eat pureed food and nectar thick liquids. She is actually doing quite well with it.
 
She continues to show steady improvement in the awakening of muscles on her left arm, elbow, forearm and wrist. She had trace movements in a few of her fingers.
 
She has moderately better volitional control of her left leg. She is moving her hip, knee and ankle with moderate increased strength.
 
The greatest improvement is her ability to turn in bed. She can now turn to the left with minimal assistance and minimal to moderate assistance to the right. She can now get up on the edge of the bed with moderate assistance. She is helping to transfer herself from the bed to wheelchair and vice versa with the therapist.
 
She is starting to walk with the physical therapist and has even walked a distance of 30 feet a few times. She needs less assist to advance her left leg. In fact, the physical therapist will be trying her out on a platform walker tomorrow. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.
 
Things are looking pretty good considering how it was two weeks ago where her life was in critical condition after she had a heart attack following the surgery to remove the clot that caused this major stroke; she was essentially bedridden and required total care for all self-care and mobility. She had no muscle movement on the left side of the body and had no awareness of her left visual field.
 
Despite her remarkable progress, there are more hurdles to negotiate along the way. She is still on the ng tube feeding to ensure that she is getting enough nutrition. If she eats enough food, she can have the ng tube removed and hopefully in the very near future.
 
Thank you all so much for all your ongoing love, support and prayers. We are 1/4 out of the woods and things are progressing well because of our combined efforts. I am asking for your ongoing support to get her to the next major phase of recovery which is extremely important in shaping the direction of the options she will have in life.
 
If you can make your prayers even more specific and visualize the outcome of her improvement, I know we can help her head towards greater quality of life and have much more options in life.
 
Let’s visualize and pray that she is weaned off the nasogastric tube feedings, walks with platform walker with greater awareness and strength, transfers with moderate assistance to avoid the nurses from using the lift to get her out of the bed, begin moving her left arm much more and start moving left hand and fingers. Also pray that in the next few weeks that she can advance to thin liquids and to a mechanical soft diet. Pray also that she improves in her endurance and attention span.
 
May the unity of our love, compassion and prayer bring about another miraculous milestone in Lola’s life. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
